- Establish procurement and evaluation documents.
- Structure client representation to insure communication through chain of command to insure timely decisions.
- Review funding options
- Establish client training modules for each phase of procurement, contractor selection, project scope, construction management and ongoing verification of project goals
- Help to secure needed expertise, not found within client’s staff, to insure proper evaluation and selection of contractors, project scope and measurement & verification of project goals.
- Guide client through each project phase to insure proper review of each procurement phase.
